Verkhovna Rada passed a bill that exempts more than 700 thousand companies from having to submit Application form № 4 with data concerning final beneficiaries to the registration service. Such a statement has been made during a press-conference at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by the First Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine Natalya Sevostyanova.
“Draft law, passed by members of the Parliament, exempts owners (controllers) of religious organizations, state and municipal enterprises, as well as legal entities solely owned by natural persons from obligatory submitting information according to Application form № 4 concerning final beneficiaries. It is approximately 700 thousand out of 1.179 million active companies. For everyone else, the Law provides prolongation of terms for 4 months”, - stated the First Deputy Minister.
Apart from that, she explained that entrepreneurs, who had submitted documents according to Application form № 4, starting from October 2014, must not undergo this procedure again.
According to her, amendments passed by the Parliament will eliminate queues, as well as acts of corruption, when entrepreneurs have been offered to stand the queue for them by individuals for a certain price.
